Terms of Service
1. Scope
We provide coffee roaster control software, cloud sync of roast data, software updates, this website and a community forum. The service is provided to professional roasteries and adult hobbyists.
2. Your account
- One account per person; you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Accounts may be bound to a limited number of devices (shown in your plan); we may refuse logins that exceed it.
- Repeated failed logins temporarily lock the account. Contact an administrator if you need it released.
- Do not share, resell or transfer your account or licence.
3. Acceptable use
You must not: post unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing content; upload malware; attempt to access other accounts or data; probe, scan or overload the service; scrape content automatically; impersonate others; or use the forum primarily for advertising.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the content you create (roast data, forum posts).
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, transmit and display that content solely to operate the service (for forum posts: to show them to other users).
- We may edit or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, and we log moderation actions.
- You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
5. Software licence
The application is proprietary software licensed, not sold, to you for use under your subscription. It includes third-party components listed in Third-party notices; Qt components used under LGPL-3.0 are dynamically linked and may be replaced. Open-source licences prevail over these terms for those components.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but provide it “as is” without a service-level guarantee. Maintenance, updates or outages may interrupt access; we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software assists roasting but does not replace operator judgement. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, or where required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with us.

我们提供咖啡烘焙机控制软件、烘焙数据云端同步、软件更新、本网站与社区论坛。服务面向专业烘焙工作室与成年爱好者。
2. 你的账号
- 一人一号；请自行妥善保管密码。
- 账号可绑定的设备数量受你的方案限制；超出时我们有权拒绝登录。
- 连续登录失败会临时锁定账号，需要解除请联系管理员。
- 不得共享、转售或转让账号与授权。
3. 可接受使用
你不得：发布违法、诽谤、仇恨或侵权内容；上传恶意程序；试图访问他人账号或数据；探测、扫描或压垮服务； 自动抓取内容；冒充他人；或将论坛主要用于广告推广。
4. 你发布的内容
- 你创建的内容（烘焙数据、论坛帖子）所有权归你。
- 你授予我们一项非独占、全球范围的许可，仅为运营服务之目的存储、传输与展示这些内容 （论坛帖子即展示给其他用户）。
- 对违反本条款或法律的内容，我们可编辑或删除，并记录管理操作。
- 你需确保对所上传内容拥有相应权利。
5. 软件许可
客户端为专有软件，按你的订阅授权使用而非出售。其中包含 第三方组件；以 LGPL-3.0 使用的 Qt 组件为动态链接、可被替换。 对这些组件，开源许可证的约定优先于本条款。
6. 可用性与变更
我们尽力保持服务可用，但按"现状"提供，不作服务水平承诺。维护、更新或故障可能中断访问； 在可行时我们会提前告知功能变更或下线。
7. 免责与责任限制
本软件辅助烘焙，但不替代操作者的判断。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接损失、利润损失或数据丢失承担责任。 本条不排除法律不允许限制的责任。
8. 终止
你可随时停止使用并申请注销账号。对严重或反复违反本条款的账号，或法律要求时，我们可暂停或终止服务。
9. 适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。争议应先通过友好协商解决。
